Refund Policy

Refund Policy for DropshipBlog.com

Last Updated: 27/04/2026

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled on DropshipBlog.com (“Platform”), an online marketplace for buying and selling websites, domains, and digital assets.

Due to the nature of digital asset transactions and ownership transfers, all sales are generally considered final. Refunds are only available under specific conditions, primarily when transactions are conducted through approved escrow processes.

By using the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Escrow-Based Transactions

All transactions on DropshipBlog.com should be completed using an approved escrow service or structured payment method agreed through the Platform.

Funds are held securely until the buyer has verified that the asset has been delivered as agreed. Only once the buyer confirms satisfaction, or the agreed conditions are met, are funds released to the seller.

Refund eligibility is strictly tied to this escrow process.

3. When Refunds Are Allowed

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

If the seller fails to deliver the agreed asset within the agreed timeframe.

If the asset delivered is materially different from what was advertised or agreed in writing.

If the seller cannot transfer full ownership of the asset.

If both buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction before completion.

If an escrow provider determines that the agreed terms of the transaction have not been met.

If there is verified fraud, misrepresentation, or ownership dispute.

4. When Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

If the buyer has approved the release of funds from escrow.

If the asset has been successfully transferred and accepted by the buyer.

If the buyer changes their mind after agreeing to purchase.

If the buyer fails to complete required steps in the transaction process.

If delays or issues are caused by the buyer.

If the asset performs differently than expected but matches the original listing description.

5. Off-Platform Payments

All transactions must be conducted through approved escrow or structured payment systems.

Any payments made outside of escrow or outside of the Platform are done entirely at the user’s own risk.

DropshipBlog.com does not provide refunds, protection, or dispute support for off-platform transactions.

Buyer Protection and Refund Policies do not apply to any payments made outside of the Platform or without escrow.

6. Brokerage Transactions

Where DropshipBlog.com acts as a broker, we assist in facilitating the transaction, including coordination of escrow and transfer.

Refund eligibility in brokered transactions will still depend on whether the agreed transaction terms have been fulfilled.

Brokerage fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully completed or where a buyer and seller have been introduced and proceed with the deal.

7. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing a purchase. This includes reviewing all listing details, verifying claims, and ensuring satisfaction before releasing escrow funds.

Once funds are released, the transaction is considered final.

8. Seller Responsibility

Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information in listings and must have full rights to sell the asset.

They must complete full transfer of ownership including all agreed components such as domains, files, accounts, and access credentials.

Failure to comply may result in refund claims, account suspension, or removal from the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter directly.

If unresolved, the issue may be escalated to the escrow provider or reviewed by DropshipBlog.com.

Final decisions may depend on the escrow provider’s policies and findings.

10. Third-Party Escrow Providers

Where third-party escrow services are used, their refund and dispute policies will apply.

DropshipBlog.com is not responsible for decisions made by third-party escrow providers.

Users should review escrow provider terms before proceeding with a transaction.

11. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used within the escrow system.

Processing times may vary depending on the escrow provider or payment processor.

Any third-party fees may be non-refundable.

12. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including listing fees, promotional fees, and agreed brokerage fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

13. Final Sale Policy

All completed transactions where ownership has been transferred and funds released are considered final and non-refundable.
